1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders. We do not currently offer express, overnight, or priority shipping options. Orders may be delivered by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another reliable carrier depending on the package size and destination.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges, handling fees, or additional delivery surcharges.

The total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, is the final amount you will be charged.

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

5. Daily Order Cut-off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT).

Orders placed before this time are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will usually be processed on the next business day.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

8. Delivery Notes

Standard shipping includes delivery to your doorstep or mailbox, depending on the carrier and delivery address. It does not include installation, assembly, unboxing, inside delivery, or other special delivery services.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend reporting any shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery so we can review the issue promptly.

10. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

We do not charge optional fees, handling fees, or surprise costs. All charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
