2. Reporting Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we recommend contacting us within 72 hours of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation, so we can review the issue promptly.

To report shipping damage, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

3. Return Request Process

  1. Contact us: Email support@gymrack.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide evidence: Submit clear photos showing the defect or shipping damage.
  3. Review: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  4. Approval: If approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
  5. Return shipment: Please return the item according to the instructions provided.
  6. Inspection and refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Approved defective or damaged returns: We will cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label.
  • Non-eligible returns: Since these returns are not accepted, return shipping does not apply.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts, cards, or payment methods.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be initiated within 5 business days.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

Any third-party transaction fees, processing fees, or similar charges retained by payment providers may be non-refundable where applicable.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gymrack.shop.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
